CandleRock began business in late 1998 when we sold our own candles, incense, handmade gifts and the supplies to make candles to hobbiests and well known corporations via the internet.

In 2004 CandleRock moved its main operations to New Kensington, Pa and opened a gift shop to augment its sales. The store was almost an instant success, but interest in the supplies to make candles from the hobbiest community was waning. We removed the supplies from our store and focused on incense, incense burners, hand made gifts and candles.

Today with over 100 fragrances of incense and still growing, CandleRock has established itself as one of the largest retailers of incense in the Pittsburgh area. Because our store really isn't that large, and we can't carry everything we would like to in the store, we added a new California distribution center. We are now able to ship many gift and specialty items that aren't available in our store, directly to our customers.

We still maintain our roots by selling our own candles, incense and hand made gits in the store along with other high quality manufacturers such as Gonesh, HEM and Tulasi. We also maintain a smaller corporate client base for our candle making supplies.
